At Dipeshwari Engineering Works, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for products received in damaged condition, incorrect items supplied, or manufacturing defects.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-built RF Cable Assemblies.
• Specially manufactured RF Connectors or Adapters.
• Products manufactured as per customer drawings, specifications, or purchase orders.
• Used, damaged, or altered products.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Replacements

• If a product is found defective due to manufacturing issues, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to inspection and approval.

Return Shipping

• For approved returns due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or transit damage), return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
• For all other approved returns, the customer shall bear the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-specification products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
