Custom BNC Adapter Solutions
Dipeshwari’s RF adapter listings include a BNC Adapter group for joining coaxial interfaces that are not the same series. The largest set joins BNC and SMA Adapter. Other BNC listings join BNC to HN, BNC triax to BNC triax Adapters, or a banana plug to a BNC female port, and those tables use different ratings. Cable-mount BNC parts are listed with the BNC connector products.
BNC RF Adapters and Connector Interfaces
A BNC Adapter here is defined by the two interfaces on its title and the gender pair on its table. Straight bodies are the common form. One male-to-female listing is right angle, and female-to-female listings include flange and 4-hole flange versions. HN-to-BNC tables publish DC–3 GHz and VSWR 1.4:1. The banana adapter is marked for high-voltage use, with the rating field reading 5 kV.
BNC to SMA Adapter Types and Specifications
The BNC to SMA Adapter listings cover female-to-male, male-to-male, male-to-female, and female-to-female. The tables that share a full electrical block publish 50 ohm, DC–6 GHz, VSWR 1.20, 1500 V dielectric withstanding, 500 mating cycles, and −45°C to +85°C, with a 25-piece minimum order. They connect a BNC interface to an SMA interface. SMA parts outside this set are listed with the SMA connector products.
Key features
- Straight and right-angle bodies, plus flange and 4-hole flange female-to-female parts.
- Gender pairs covering female-male, male-male, male-female, and female-female.
- 50 ohm, DC–6 GHz, VSWR 1.20, 1500 V, 500 cycles, and −45°C to +85°C on the shared tables.
- Nickel-plated brass bodies and gold-plated centre contacts on those tables.
- Separate HN, triax, and banana listings, each with its own rating.
Choosing the Right BNC Adapter
Match the two series and the gender pair first. A BNC to SMA Adapter still has to be checked for a straight body, a right-angle body, or a flange, and for the pin-type field, which reads clamp, screw, or crimp depending on the listing. Keep the DC–6 GHz block with the SMA parts. For the cable on either side, use the RF coaxial cable products. Contact our team if two fields on one table do not agree.
