The N Female 4Hole flange Extended Teflon Sq 17.5mm RF connector is a secure RF connector that provides excellent signal transmission, whilst at the same time being securely fastened to a panel. The compact 17.5 mm x 17.5 mm square flange with 4 mounting holes allows for sturdy fastening to panels, bulkheads, etc. and prevents movement, misalignment or poor contact over time. The extended PTFE (Teflon) dielectric provides excellent insulating properties and low dielectric loss. This allows for excellent signal integrity over a wide frequency range, making this connector ideal for RF, microwave and high frequency test and measurement applications. The extended dielectric also provides extra support and spacing for the center conductor, thus preventing arcing or performance drift. The N-type female interface provides a rugged, threaded coupling that is widely used in professional RF systems. The threaded coupling resists loosening due to vibration, handling or environmental change and is ideal for use in lab equipment, base stations, RF modules and other communication systems. An N-type male cable connector can be used with this interface to provide a low-loss, repeatable connection with high quality signal. The square flange allows for easy alignment and mounting of the connector to panels etc. The PTFE insulation, robust metal body and secure mechanical construction, all provide a durable and reliable panel mounted N Female connector, with extended dielectric, in a compact 17.5mm square format.
