Our Female 4Hole Flange Mounted Connector for BNC cables is ideal for installers and engineers needing a fixed and hardwired connection to a panel, enclosure or equipment rack. Instead of having loose bulkhead or flange mounted connectors protruding from a panel, which can be prone to being pulled loose by connecting or disconnecting cables, our connector has a 4 Hole Flange which can be screwed into the panel using existing screw holes. The Bayonet Style BNC Connector is familiar to many and accepts standard Male BNC plugs. With a consistent 50 Ohm impedance, the Female BNC connector is suitable for a variety of applications including RF and video connections for test equipment, lab work, routing signals through equipment chassis and general communication equipment construction. The Flange Mount design makes it easier to layout panels as fixed connections can be exactly where required with clearly marked port connections as opposed to untidy and potential strained cable connections via bulkhead or flange mount connectors with open ends. The Flange Mount BNC Connector is rigid and remains fixed in place even with frequent connection and disconnection of cables. Our connector bodies are generally made of metal with a corrosion resistant finish, with the center contact and insulation providing suitable conductivity and isolation. Female BNC connectors are typically soldered or crimp terminated to the panel connector on the back of the flange.
